The Jelly Roll Pan 1" Deep is designed for a variety of baking tasks. Use it to bake a perfectly-sized jelly roll, or for baking cookies, bar and squares, pastries, rolls, focaccia and other flatbreads, french fries, and frozen foods. Straight sides and the pan's uniform wall thickness results in an even rise and the elimination of hot or cold spots. The anodized aluminum pan won't discolour and provides excellent cake release and clean up. A ¼" rim around the entire pan makes it easy to lift and move the pan without disturbing the contents.
